Employee privacy notice

This notice explains how the People & Finance Portal handles the information you give it.

What the portal holds

• Your employee profile: name, role, office and the salary on file.
• Your benefit elections and the dependents or coverage details you add.
• Expense reports, receipts and the business purpose you enter.

Who sees it

• People Operations and Finance staff, only as far as they need to for payroll, benefits and reimbursements.
• Your approver, for the expense reports you send them.
• Benefit carriers and plan administrators, for the elections you make.

Your choices

You can see and update your information here at any time, or ask People Operations for a copy of what the portal holds about you. We don't sell employee information or use it for advertising.

Portal terms & acceptable use

• The portal is for Marrow & Pine employees. Keep your sign-in to yourself and sign out on shared computers.
• Enter only accurate information about yourself, your dependents and your expenses.
• Don't upload files that aren't needed for a request, and don't try to reach records that aren't yours.
• Elections and reports you submit here are official company records.
• We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the current one.
